Hi all can some one kindly assist with this request please?
I have upgraded my broadband recently to:
as such I am entitled to 12 months free Xbox game pass, as confirmed by email from BT.
After a lot of searching (as the email instructions are very vague) I found the section and followed the instructions, however I ran across the following message:
I have called the number and followed the instructions but the operator could not help as they stated they could not find the information on my account and suggested I try here.
Could one of the mods kindly help?

When did your upgrade take place? The content partners section in MYBT will not be available until your 14 day cooling off period has passed. You also need to access MYBT with pc/laptop not the app
