I have recently moved house and got broadband with yourselves and received a free 6 month Xbox game pass.
I am trying to activate it but it’s not giving me the options to do this.
i do have 2 accounts linked to the same email, myself and my nans so not sure if this is the reason.
i don’t have long left to activate so could you advise please?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.

If you get in touch with the team as @Keith_Beddoe suggested, they'll be able to send a webform off to our back office team to get the Xbox Game Pass arranged for you, and you'd get an email within 7 working days to activate it.
If you've not heard anything in the 7 working days after speaking to the team, please let us know.
