Hi,
Just received an e-mail saying my xbox subscription has been canceled;
I had issues getting it set up for 1 year free and was assisted by people on this forum + bt call centre.
it seems the billing may not have been setup fully for the 1 year free causing this notification to come out.
My subscription should still be valid until October.
any help that can be offered would be apricated.
