I am now well outside of the cooling off period and I am still unable to redeem the Gamepass Ultimate offer that came with the order I signed up to.
The website directs to me Consumer Support but when speaking to the people they seem to know little to nothing about it.
Anyone here able to offer any advice or guidance on how to get this offer redeemed?
