I received an email in October confirming my subscription to XBOX NFL GAMEPASS, but I never signed up for this. Called BT and although they indicated they were aware of this "glitch", they gave no explanation as to how it had been processed
I am shocked that this subscription has been set up on my account without my knowledge. Got an email which was the first I was aware and BT has already taken first months payment without my authorisation
I want a response as to who or how this service was set up on my account, and an assurance that no such subscriptions can be set up on my account without my knowledge.
