I'm suffering from the same issue as I'm aware other people have had, with Microsoft continuing to show my Game Pass Ultimate subscription as managed by BT/EE after expiry of the free period funded by BT.
My 6 months paid for by BT expired yesterday. I had turned off Auto-renew. The "Manage" option has now disappeared from the My Products page and now shows an option to Add Game Pass.
However, teh account hasn't been released, and trying to redeem a pre-paid code for 3 months GP membership throws up an error message saying the account is still managed by another provider.
Can one of the mods please escalate to get my account released please?
