Hi, I got the 6 months of gamepass as part of my BT account, this expired in Feb. Since then I have contacted BT phone support twice earlier in the year who told me they have released my microsoft account back to Microsoft and to give it a month, but on my XBox account it says it is still managed by BT 6 months later. If I log into my BT account I cannot see my Xbox gamepass control page, its gone, it vanished once I cancelled the gamepass renewal. I am currently unable to buy anything on my xbox account as it isn't controlled by Microsoft. How do I get this sorted?
I noticed a support page on this very issue that say it should all be sorted by 29 July, but my account is still locked to BT.
