I used a 12 month game pass subscription that I got when signing up to my BT broadband contract.
This expired a while ago but I am unable to regain control of my game pass account from BT.
I have called customer service but nobody was able to help! Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this!
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

I already spent an hour on the phone trying to resolve this with various customer service departments with no resolution to the problem.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
