Can anyone help.
Had my fibre 900 installed today and received an email stating I could get 12 months free xbox game pass ultimate.
I followed the directions and added this to my sons account as I don't use the game pass.
A short while later I received an email stating I'd signed up for the game pass and I'd be charged £10 per month which would be added to my bill until i cancel through mybt account.
Reading through it seems this is a common occurrence.

@Perseus31 I can see the Xbox team has been in touch and got you sorted with a 12-month code. Once again I'm sorry about the problems you had claiming it in MyBT.
