Hi. I have problem with xbox game pass ultimate.
I have new contract fibre900. This contract included 12 month game pass.
I login to mybt.com / go to the content partners/add game pass. But unfortunately i have info "unable to process your request. Please Try again ".
Anybody have similar problem?

Just a quick question,
have you had the free Xbox gamepass on the same BT account before? if so that might be the source of the issue.
as the T&C for it

but then having the sales team offer it when renewing prob leads to it not showing up on your account.
Just got my Fibre 900 yesterday seeing exact same issue….
