Hi there,
I pay monthly for the ultimate gamepass and its been fine for the last couple of months. However, tonight i noticed that on My BT it shows that i have a paid up subscription. On the Microsoft/Xbox side, it shows the last transaction which is always for $0 failed and it is behaving as if i dont have a subscription.
I have spent 1.5 hours on the chat with Microsoft (on par with Virgin on the level of frustration i achieved), and they didnt have a clue and have had to escalate it internally.
I hope that someone on the BT side could maybe help with this as i am now stuck with paying for a subscription i cant use.
