I restarted my BT Sports Pass online on Saturday 9th April as I wanted to watch Toulouse v Ulster Rugby In European Rugby Championship later in the day. BT took the money from my account and confirmed by email that it had got my payment (reference 387110285) £25. Tried numerous times to access via BT Sports App on Apple TV box without success. Al I got when I signed into the app was:
"Sorry- there's a problem
We're unable to find an active BT Sport subscription on this account. Please check our help pages for details of how to get access: bt.com/help/id003 Code ID003"
Funnily enough I was aware that there was a problem and No help whatsoever provided on help page!
Seems to be an oft recurring BT problem.
Missed what was by all accounts and very exciting match and I want my money refunded.
