Great to hear you have recently upgraded. For the Xbox Game Pass offer, this will be available to activate once the 14 day cooling off period has passed for your order.
Once that time has passed, you would login to your My BT account on a web browser, go to My Products and there you should see a content partner section through which you can activate the Xbox Game Pass offer.
