hi i am unable to claim my bt reward card i have had numerous texts and emails about claiming it
i have had the broadband package for over2 weeks i also have 2 accounts a old one and the new one which is blank
any ideas

Hi @stevieg1,
After you have logged in to try and claim it, does it show that you are in the right account? You can see which account you are in by looking at the top right hand of the page. You can also click or press on that account number to switch to the other account.
Let me know if you still can't get it claimed that way after checking that for me, please.

Hi when I log in it goes to old account when I choose new account it’s blank
