can't activate BT ID

hi i've just got my BT wifi all set up. so i go online to activate BT ID but it won't let me do it. it kept saying that there are technical issues. i've been trying again so many times but it's still saying the same. please solve it

Hi 44kg, sorry you cant get the BT wifi set up. 

Do you know your account number? If so have you another email address, that hasn't been used as a BTID before, that you can use to try and set up the BTID?
