Hi,
my service has been live for nearly a month now, however when I try to claim my reward card it just goes to a blank screen. The best I've managed to do is get to a 'choose an account' screen which had/has three different account numbers on. I've tried each of them but they all go back to the blank screen
any suggestions/help appreciated!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry you haven't been able to claim your reward card. If you have more than one account on your BT ID, this can sometimes cause a bit of a conflict. If you send me your details, I'll be able to get those old accounts removed and claim the reward card on your behalf.
