I cancelled my BT broadband by telephone on 4 April 2024 and the last day was to be 3 May 2024. But I have just paid a bill which has included broadband up to 23 May 2024. When I log on to my BT account it is showing another bill will be taken at the beginning of June but it doesn't say how much this bill will be. Will I be refunded the broadband from 3 May to 23 May 2024 ? Should I cancel my direct debit now ?

You should get a final bill 7 days after all services end. If there is any refund due, it will be credited back to the account that your Direct Debit comes from, so do not cancel it.
