Hello, I recently changed my name by deed poll, and would like to change my name on my account so my bills reflect this. Please can you advise how I can do this?

You can change your name by logging onto MyBT > Your Details.
Hi, @e_pascoe welcome to the community and thanks for posting, changing your name in MyBT will only change it for your bt.com profile, it won't change it on your bills or BT account information.
