I placed an order for broadband via quidco to take advantage of the cashback. the cashback tracked but then was refused because I had apparently cancelled the order. in fact, i never cancelled it. BT cancelled the order for me and reissued it without me asking. I have raised a claim with quidco and it has been rejected. is this just a way for BT to get round paying cashback?
