hi guys, i recently got awarded £58 ish compensation for 2x no show openreach engineer appointments. Can i have that money transferred to my bank account? Talktalk do as i just left  them as they are rubbish

Compensation is applied as a credit to your bill.

Hi, @Mickydoodah The credit will go towards paying your next bill. If there's any credit left you can request that to be refunded back to your bank account by contacting the billing team after the bill is produced.
