I was helped via this community with setting up a contract for my elderly neighbours, one of who has dementia. The contract is now due for renewal and the cost quoted is 3 times what they are paying . How can I resolve this for them.
Best bet is probably to talk to "Retentions" on 0800 783 1401. You may have to be willing to leave though, to force the best deal out of them.
Unfortunately I like previously the forum mods no longer have account access so you need to phone retentions as suggested by @WSH
Do have POA or are you named as account manager which need to discuss account renewal
