end of mobile contract

I have received a letter from BT to tell me my Mobile phone contact has ended however it seems they will continue to charge me the full amount. I have tried to change to SIM only but and reduce my bill by £10 but system will  not allow me to go through process as it says nothing available for me. Any ideas on how I go about it

Hi @Thomo3, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't change your Mobile package online. 

It would be best to call 0800 800 150 and speak with the Mobile team and they'll be able to help you with this.
