Help
both my son and i have been told as we are on benefits we can get the reduced broadband essentials. we filled in our forms online and the eligibility checks fail. Dont know why they are failing .spent3 hours on chat trying to sort it with both bt accounts to no avail.
on the last page it just says we cant verify these details , please check. My date of birth was wrong, but it wont let me change it on the page.bt told me to speak to DWP ...how? cant email them and which branch do i contact. im losing the will to live..... thanks in advance
