Hi hope someone can help I have recently had my full fibre package installed at my house but I am still unable to add my account to the my bt app or on the my bt website.
It tells me there is something wrong with the app and the website I have added multiple times and still doesn't come though.
I also received the 12 month xbox game pass with my package but am unable to access as i cant add the account.
any help is appreciated,
