Hi, i very recently had a fibre order on a 2 line household where it was a applied to the wrong line, i have rang up and got it cancelled and the helpful person swapped it over to the other line the following day however i couldnt answer the call back as i was engaged with customers.
My install date was pencilled in for a weeks time for this recently started order so im wondering if this is a line take over and will automatically cancel the service with my current provider or if it will just end up as a fibre line installed and i need to manually cancel my current fttc broadband service,
Is there an easy way to check this instead of waiting to see if i get a letter in the next week from my current isp?
