flashing purple light for 3 days now

so i've been waiting for 3 days now i'm awarded £5.83x3 + £29.15 for a missed appointment is it, unfortunatly i don't get phone signal here in the home so can't call them from here have to literally go down the building to the parking lot to get phone signal
