game pass not showing no content partner section

can someone assist as cannot see anything to do with this under product management

Thanks for posting about your Xbox game pass. Do you have more than one account on your BTiD? Have you recently ordered service with us? If so have all the orders closed?

only 1 id and order was completed today and activated
