my full fibre got activated and i want to claim my 12 month xbox game pass but my bt defaults to an old inactive account I set up ages ago to subscribe to bt sport player for a month but no longer use. so I cant see my new account in my bt to claim the offer and there is no option in top right to change accounts unless I go into billing but even if I do change it when I go back to my bt its back to the old account. is it possible to change the default account or delete the old account?
