kit return

Hi. I have cancelled my Broadband contract and switched to another supplier. You want my old kit back. I want to send it back to you. It would seem so simple  but. ..

the next move is yours. You keep sending me reminders and I have requested the packing to enable this to happen at least three times, having seen the wrong delivery address appear on previous requests.  The reminders will not progress the process at all unless you do your bit too!    All they do is annoy me more.

If you cant get the bag to me, send me a label (electronically would be great), and I will stick it on a Jiffy bag the same day
