I have gone through our account online and bills and cannot see the exact date when the BT FF was activated.

In one of your previous posts you stated your ‘contract’ expires June2026 and were asking if a new deal could be negotiated so far in advance of that date ….,
Given the contract minimum term is known, what does it matter when FTTP was installed , if it coincided with your contract being started presumably that was June 2024 but many are upgraded to FTTP mid term without any further contractual obligation , that’s if it were a BT offer to do this , and no other changes were made ( so same speed taken on FTTP as the FTTC speed ) if on the other hand you took the opportunity to change your ‘contract’ when FTTP was installed and that was after June 2024, then a new term is started and your minimum term expiry date will be the 2nd anniversary of FTTP installation, but that would mean you were inaccurate with June2026 on your earlier post , apparently the contract minimum term is shown somewhere in your account info .
