im a new customer on your home essential package, i just switched from an old provider and seen on my first bill i just received today that i'm being charged £3 for paper billing i wasn't told about this this on signing up not was i told there was different options for the home essentials , i dont have paper bills so can you sort this and take that £3 charge of my bill please.
and also can you telel me what other packages there are for home essentials including anything for mobile phone as this wasnt expllained when i called up i was just put on home essentials 2.
hasnt been a good experience so far, paying for set up/delivery of router, paying a deposit to get the package , not been given all the info on different packages for home essentials. paying for paperbills and wasn't even made aware there was a charge or if id like to have paperbills.

Oh are there not any bt staff on here at all.
virgin had a forum like those and there was staff on to help customers.
