i am attempting to set up bt broadband but bt are harrassing me with texts - i cant reply because i have no credit until 1 dec. i cant ring them because i am deaf. i cant use the chat as it doesnt connect me to a customer advisor. how do i stop bt from harassing me (it's the same question i have already answered)?

@dawnyh There's no need to worry, if you don't respond your appointment will still go ahead. Appointment reminders can be sent from both Openreach and BT to ensure someone is home to let the engineer in and action is only taken to rearrange the visit if you reply advising that it's no longer suitable.
