old account interfering with new one
My ex partner has got a old bt account but used my email address. I've now got bt myself and used the same email without realising and now his account is interfering with mine and I cannot go on anything associated with my account like my bill or even activate my discovery plus can someone help please

Hi @amy14711 and welcome to our community.
Sorry you're having problems with your BTiD. If the email address is yours then your ex-partner would have to set up a BTiD using their own details. Are you able to contact them to let them know what's happening?

Unfortunately I don't have anyway to contact him is there anyway I can change my email etc and would it put the accounts separate?
