We moved house on 21 10 22. I had called BT to ask for my service to be transferred to our new address on the 1910 22. We had full fibre to the door. The new address can only have full fibre to the door and cannot have the older type of broadband. We were given a date of 14 11 22 for installation. But BT are telling me that Open Reach have not even scheduled our work yet! We were promised an engineer visit to look at installation on the 4 11 22 and then on the 8 11 22.
The app just keeps updating our engineer visit to the next day every 24 hours and nothing happens. We have no/very poor mobile coverage and no wifi hotspots so the mobile link BT have given us that supposedly guarantees being on line does not work. No TV service, no internet banking, my wife and daughter both work from home , what can I do?
I pay BT over £100 every month for this service and i cannot get my broadband connected
