order processing visibility?

Hi,

 

I've arranged broadband online and completed the process for ordering for my new home. I didn't get a confirmation email so on calling the next day I was told it bizarrely didn't get processed (even though I got the request to make a bt ID). The guy on the phone said he sorted it out and I shortly got an email with pre contract documents.

Two weeks later I'm checking the order tracking to confirm the engineer day and it just constantly loads and doesn't complete. Logging into my bt ID it says I have no accounts affiliated to it. And even my pre contract docs make no mention of confirmation.

What is going on? My partner and i both work from home and are burning through our mobile data by tethering.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
