@teddy2025 answer was from Keith in this thread.

If you are sure its FTTP, then give the FTTP helpdesk a call on 0800 587 4787and see what they say. They should be able to update any routing info.

I have a similar issue whereby my address is silver listed because we changed the name of the house 20 years ago and OpenReach haven’t updated their database. My ISP says that they cannot contact OpenReach to ask them to do it. Is there anyway I can/ anything I can do or am I stuck with my current provider until full fibre is provisioned? Which might not be for a couple of years yet!

Only your current ISP can contact Openreach.

This forum is for BT customers only.

Try posting on your ISPs forum, or wait until you are out of contract, then try with a new provider, like BT.
