I get the following error when logging into my BT account: "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment".
I activated my BT account 24 days ago and always get this error after logging in, my account number isn't even listed.
My email address was previously used with a different BT account -- not as the main account, but an additional user -- maybe this is causing the problem.
Can a BT representative please link my account properly? Thanks.

I am sorry that your online experience hasn't been the best. I can get the old account removed for you so it shouldn't give you any more error messages. I've sent you a private message with some info that I need.
