"The fibre network installation isn't complete" problem

Hi,

 

I ordered a 500Mbps deal and my order tracking is saying "The fibre network installation isn't complete". The openreach engineer was out yesterday and said everything is setup and I can order as soon as it goes green but recommended to wait till morning, so I did. The Wifi is down to take a couple weeks to be delivered so I was hoping this was just an admin error and it can be processed quicker? quite important as I work from home

have you tried connecting the BT hub to the ONT and see if hub goes blue  do you have an actual activation date

The date on the tracking says 4th June, but when I click on it it say they are waiting to confirm? Is there a chance it gets activated earlier if it is ready or is the 4th a set in stone date now?
