I renewed my broadband deal a couple of months ago and was moved over to EE. I got Gamepass Ultimate with it but haven't had the code yet so decided to log on to BT to see if it was there. Under my product broadband is not listed, the only option is to manage BT email. This desn't work BTW as it says I'm not the account manager. If I go to the EE site broadband is not appearing there as a product I have either, just my two mobiles. I have received an email from BT saying my bill is ready (not sure for what) but when I click the link it just takes me to the page that has the BT email product and nothing else.
I'm confused 😕

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
