Hello

 I want to return BT kit.

l cannot find a link on BT to activate a return label.

BT say they have sent a returns white bag but it has not arrived.

BT are threatening to charge me.

This is unfair.

Please send me an email address or a link to activate the return.

your post does not go to BT as this is a customer community forum  phone CS 03301234150 and request returns bag.  make sure when you return bag you keep receipt of posting
