Hi there. I've been asked to return my broadband kit and been sent instructions to click on the 'Return your kit' link in my MyBT profile,  my service was cancelled 2 weeks ago and despite receiving email reminders I cannot do so

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send a returns bag out to you.
