Hello
New to the community and hoping to get some help with the return of my BT Hub. I've just upgraded to Fibre and there's been no communication about how to return our old equipment. No returns bag was sent by post, there's been no request for the return by email and there was no information supplied with the delivery of the new equipment.
Unfortunately the Help articles onsite, are all aimed at people who have been told to return equipment.
Can anyone help?

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.
Thanks! Struggling to get through by phone, and had hoped there was a way of letting customers request a return of equipment digitally as this doesn't seem to be a new query having trawled the community.
