returning defective wifi disc

There is nowhere on my BT to ask for a returns package as advised on the internet, so I rang to request one and still have not received any thing. Please help!!!

Welcome to the Community. It's great to see that you've joined up.

I am sorry that we haven't been able to get a returns kit to you. To get one sent out to you, I have sent you a private message with some details that I'll need. Reply back in your own time. It will take us a couple of working days before we can get back to you but we will.
