returns packaging still not received

Hi!

I have been on the phone and on live chats many times, still waiting for my pre-paid returns packaging. When this can be sorted please? I don't want to get charged for not having the return kit since I have contacted BT many times so the equipment can be returned on time.

this is a customer help customer forum  your post does not go to BT

you need to phone CS 03301234150 and request returns bag - many posters have had success using CS
