recieved email saying records card with you soon on 4th oct,nov 1st spoke to card company told one had not been requested then spoke to bt on 11th nov and told problem with 3rd party offered £100 plus £50 and would be paid to billing card after recieving no email which they said would confirm it, called bt on 16th said manager would call back and no call back came so called bt on 17thnov got cut off during call so called back and asked to speak to manger and guess what listened to music for an hour then got cut off

so after getting fobed off and spending 2 hours on phone will take it to press

Have you tried cotactig the billing team using message now and see if they can help you

I'm sorry you've been cut off when calling and had no call back. 

Have you been back in touch since you posted on the community? The team will be able check for an update on the reward card and the email you requested to confirm everything that had been offered.
