Why can't I change my package online?
Do you have FTTP with the voice calls provided by Future Voice (FVA) where the phone is connected to the ONT ?
Possibly a data integrity issue with your account, ring up and renew or ask for a bridge case raised to see why you can't renew online, the offline team will correct any issues stopping you.
