upgrade offer

I have been trying to understand this offer. I have Fibre 1 with a telephone line. Does this offer mean that I get sent a Complete Wifi extender disc with the offered digital phone system or is the disc extra? Going through the checkout system makes no mention of the wifi extender disc as shown only the upgrade telephones.

Any clarification would be appreciated as I have had previous misunderstandings with offers,

If you move to a complete Wi-Fi promotion or Halo3+ promotion, you'll be sent 1 Wi-Fi disc as part of the order, if you don't have a Smart Hub 2 then you'll also be sent one as it's a requirement for Complete Wi-Fi and Digital Voice.
