I have been unable to activate my BT ID and keep getting a Technical Issue message. I have been trying to do this for weeks now . I have not been able to speak to a person and keep getting Bot text messages. I have been going around in circles and now I have an issue with Netflix and cannot access my account to see what the problem is. aghhhhh! Why did I leave Sky!!!!

Finally found my way to an online help chat with a person who is trying to sort out my problem. I have been categorised as urgent. Fingers crossed!!
