I am trying to cancel my BT Sport (now on Discovery+) but when I log into My BT to cancel it only takes me to my mobile account. It seems I have two separate accounts, one for mobile and one for sport. How can I merge these so I can cancel the sport side?

I'm sorry to see that there appears to be a conflict between the two accounts. We will need to stop this for you. Our Customer Services teams can stop this for you over the phone or else my team can do it for you over the next few days if that suited you either? I'll send you a private message so we can stop it for you if you would like us to help. We can also remove the TNT Sport account from your MyBT for you.
