A few weeks ago I pressed the “update login details” tab in the BT WiFi app, ever since then I can no longer login or use the Bt WiFi app
I keep getting this message
I have been with BT Mobile for about 7 years
I login to the Bt website, I login to My Bt
I have searched Low and High for this and it’s Nowhere to be found
can anyone help?

This sounds like an issue with your MyBT account that we would need to look into.
Your BT WiFi entitlement might not be showing as active at our end. I'll send you a private message so one of my team can pick this up for you over the next few days.
